"Absolutely HORRIBLE!! My elderly Father has been with State Farm for over 50 years and started out with Bob Meadows who was wonderful. Many years ago he was transferred to Armando Valdez. My Dad does not drive and not been on policy for 6 years. Most recently I removed my elderly Mom as she does not drive. They have a 2002 Grand Marquis that is only driven a few miles a month by me so battery does not die. Upon inquiring about reduction due to this, was told monthly rate would be decreased. Tonight received new policy info which increased by $28 monthly. It takes at least 3-4 days for a response and that's after I send a follow-up email. So happy to report I will NEVER be with State Farm again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I’ve been with State Farm under Armando Valdes’ agency for over four years, and I honestly don’t know why I stayed so long. My premium jumped from $217 to $296 without notice — no calls, no emails, no explanation. This seems to be a pattern. Every time they renew, they don’t communicate, and when you ask questions, you get attitude like they’re doing you a favor. Customer service is poor, and loyalty clearly doesn’t matter here. I’m finally looking for new insurance. Be cautious before choosing this agency"
